In addition to uncivilized building designs that lack beauty.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A specialized committee to certify building permits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The process of building and construction will not stop, but there will be tight and precise controls set by a specialized committee formed for this purpose by the Royal Court, the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, the Riyadh Municipality and the Riyadh City Development Authority, so that the constructions that are built on such roads are worthy of the urban capital of Saudi Arabia such as towers, luxury hotels and large corporate headquarters, and the phenomenon of piling up cars in front of retail stores that impede movement and other activities that can be in small streets within neighborhoods will disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope that all real estate professionals, developers and architects will contribute to the development of the \u00abModel Neighborhoods\u00bb initiative to complete the
