Real estate companies' survey on Al Ghadeer land<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Amlak newspaper conducted a survey in Riyadh on the estimation of Tomorrow's land<\/a> Prior to the auction organized by Itqan Real Estate in cooperation with Estate of Sheikh Saleh Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi<\/a>- The results of the poll, in which 257 real estate professionals participated, resulted in the victory of Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Babtain, Al-Babtain Real Estate, Khalid bin Shaker Al-Mubaid, Manasat Real Estate Valuation Company, Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Resini, Al-Resini Real Estate Group, and Mansour Al-Qahtani, H.H. Trust Real Estate Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winners' estimates oscillated in the range of +- 10% of the sale price, confirming their professionalism in setting the fair market value of the property, while a large number of respondents were far from the truth, revealing their poor judgment and lack of full knowledge of the land specifications and investment options for the land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the ceremony, Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, represented by its editor-in-chief, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa, presented shields to the winners. In his speech, \u00abAl-Issa\u00bb expressed his deep thanks to the great attendance from the real estate sector for honoring \u00abAmlak Councils\u00bb, and thanked all the newspaper's customers who participated in the survey, expressing his happiness with the results, which enhanced confidence in the estimates of real estate professionals whose expectations were close to the price at which the auction was settled. Al-Issa pointed out the courage of a large number of those surveyed by not waiting for their colleagues' pricing trends and the evaluation of others, which confirms their high standing in the field and their experience, which made it necessary for the newspaper to do its duty in honoring and celebrating them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
