This has led to the stalling of projects that people have been counting on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Other real estate developers who specialize in building buildings and towers for ownership apartments are a very important segment and need encouragement and support so that they are not driven out of the market. They are still facing issues of obstruction, delays in transactions and pursuit of fines by representatives of municipalities and the Municipality for reasons that are not essential or logical, and instead of standing by them, they are stumbling and dispelling confidence in them and those who stand with them, businessmen and investors. The Riyadh Municipality must distinguish between activities and establish a classification according to degrees of importance and take into account the risks that are likely to harm citizens and investors, and here the question arises: Was Ejada created by the Riyadh Municipality to exterminate and disrupt growth and investment?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supervisory work should be categorized in stages and the fines should give a warning to fix the defects without disrupting the work on their construction...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After all, this is an investment and time is money for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope that the Ministry of Housing and the Riyadh Municipality will intervene quickly to help this specialized category and include their procedures, transactions and everything related to them within the Completion Program like other developers and not to forget them, and that (Completion) will supervise them and stop the unqualified Ajada monitors from being exposed to such huge investments so that the remaining developers do not stop like others and stop growth and housing construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Homelands are in the blood of every free man.
