The Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqil, continued his inspection tours of \u201cHousing projects<\/a>\u201c, where he toured a number of \u201cSakani\u201d program projects for residential units \u201cunder construction\u201d in partnership with real estate developers in the Eastern Province, confirming that the handover of these projects would begin in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Haqil emphasized the importance of working to complete these projects and adhering to their specified timelines, thereby ensuring their delivery to the beneficiaries in the near future as part of efforts to provide adequate housing for citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Housing projects included in this round<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Qatif Housing Project \u201cAl-Qatif Al-Badrani\u201d:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 The project is being built on a 58,000-square-meter site and offers 196 apartment units priced at 410,000 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cDammam Oasis\u201d Project:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The project offers 2,952 townhouse units, with prices starting at 539,000 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The \u201cMad\u201d Housing Project in Dammam:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cMad\u201d housing project in Dammam is offering 728 townhouse units currently under construction, with prices starting at 546,000 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cNasaj Town\u201d Project in Dammam:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 The project includes 674 residential units, including villas and townhouses, with prices starting at 530,000 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The Dammam Housing Project \u201cAl-Fawah\u201d:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 The project consists of 1,632 townhouse units, with a total project area of 134,350 square meters, and prices starting at 595,000 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cAl-Farida\u201d Project:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 The Al-Farida project offers 1,224 apartments, with prices starting at 249,000 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Ahsa Projects:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cAl-Mubarraz\u201d housing project, which is being built on an area of 198,300 square meters, offers 116 villa-style residential units. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cAl-Biraq Villas\u201d project offers 192 residential villas, with prices starting at 698,000 riyals and monthly payments starting at 2,330 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the \u201cDiyar Al-Hasa\u201d project, which offers 4,380 residential units, including villas and townhouses, with prices starting at 495,000 riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Housing Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail recently conducted an inspection tour of a number of \u201cSakani\u201d Program Projects in Riyadh<\/a>  and includes residential units \u201cunder construction,\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the visit, he reviewed the progress of the work and was briefed on the details of the projects and their completion rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour included the \u201cShams Al-Diyar,\u201d \u201cMarsa,\u201d \u201cAmair Al-Jawhara,\u201d \u201cIshraq Living,\u201d and \u201dDiyar Saad\u201d projects, and he met with the project managers and contractors responsible for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
