Online portal for documenting residents' work<\/a> and real estate valuation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The forum, which brought together members of the Authority in the real estate valuation branch with real estate professionals, workers and dealers in the sector, aims to exchange experiences and experiences, and a set of working papers were presented that contributed to enriching the content and keeping abreast of what is published and new in the valuation profession. During the forum sessions, a practical case of real estate valuation was studied and discussed by members of the Authority, Engineer Ahmed Al-Babtain, Engineer Thamer Al-Zahrani and Mr. Alaa Al-Thaqafi, while the dialogue was managed by the training consultant at the Authority, Mr. Fawaz Al-Sharekh, and the evaluation review was satisfied by the audience for simplicity, methodology and scientific study through the correct steps for valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the forum, a valuable portal for electronic services provided by the Authority to its members to facilitate their work and documentation through a window linking them with the Authority, as well as the launch of the professional practice guide for real estate appraisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enhancing Taqeem's partnership with Riyadh Chamber<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The forum witnessed the signing of a joint cooperation agreement between the Board of Valuers and the Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee, to enhance partnership and cooperation between them in various fields of valuation, organizing events, workshops and training courses to increase community awareness and education of this profession, in addition to holding some programs and activities that help activate the role of both parties in achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The memorandum was signed by the Secretary General of the Chamber, Mr. Ahmed Al-Suwailem, and the Secretary General of the Authority, Mr. Sultan bin Grace Al-Jaris, in the presence of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuwayer, and Board Member and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, Mr. Aiz bin Abdullah Al-Wabri, and the signing of the memorandum comes within the framework of the orientation of the two parties and their desire to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program through joint activities aimed at promoting and developing the profession of evaluation and increasing community awareness and educating them about this profession and its importance as a professional commercial activity in support of the national economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khalid bin Abdulkarim Al Jasser, CEO of Makan International Group and Makan Real Estate Appraisal Company, one of the members who received the forum's certificate and shield as a first accreditor, said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many may not know that the cause of major economic setbacks is the illusory values of the global real estate market and the inflation of its prices and stock values.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that the assessor is usually an independent party whose goal is to determine the value of the property by providing a professional, impartial and more scientific report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
