Revealed Land and Property Department<\/a> Dubai real estate recorded unprecedented growth in the last 10 days of 2018, with a high volume of transactions amounting to 2,081 transactions worth more than AED 19 billion. It was noted that during this period, high transactions were recorded on a daily basis more than one billion dirhams, and peaked on December 24, when its volume reached almost 3.6 billion dirhams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added: \"This activity shows the attractiveness of the real estate sector in the emirate, specifically the appetite of buyers and investors to take advantage of the legislation and investment incentives recently announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai the first choice on the list of investment destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stressed that the new figures of a record number of transactions within a relatively short period of time reflect the renewed confidence in our real estate market, especially in light of the ongoing preparations for the launch of Expo 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investors' decisions are based on their monitoring of developments in government legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Numbers in Dubai real estate transactions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Warsan I outperformed with 196 sales transactions worth AED 86 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of unit sales transactions in Business Bay reached 115 units, with a total value of AED 149 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Dubai Marina came third with 98 units totaling AED 161 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200e<\/strong>At the level of unit mortgages<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

 Commercial Gulf outperformed with 44 mortgages with a record value of AED 326 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mortgages for 34 units in Al Barsha South IV have reached AED 17 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u00abFifth Tuck\u00bb area witnessed 26 foreclosure transactions worth 31 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And in the overall sum total of all land, building, and unit dispositions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Worsan I stood out in sales with 200 transactions worth 111 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 This was followed by Business Bay with 115 sales worth AED 149 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
