She explained that the value of the fees for residential apartments is 720 riyals, while the value of the fees in residential villas varies according to the area of the total building areas, indicating that if it is less than 1500 square meters, the value of the fees is 1680 riyals, and if it exceeds 1500 square meters, the value of the fees is 1.2 riyals per square meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ministry pointed out through the sustainable building platform that the announced fees do not include VAT.
