To make things easier for users and save them time and effort, the Ministry of Justice has launched the Notary app for Android and iOS smartphones, in collaboration with Thiqah Business Services, as part of the e-Notary service that allows individuals, institutions, and companies to issue or revoke powers of attorney and notarize corporate contracts, in addition to Documentation of Real Estate Transfers<\/a> At any time, whether during or outside official working hours, through notaries licensed by the Ministry of Justice located throughout the Kingdom. The app allows individuals and businesses to complete many notary services without having to visit a notary office, making it easier for users and supporting the notary sector by enabling them to submit service requests and receive quotes from notaries available on the app anytime, anywhere, thereby saving them time and effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry also launched another app specifically for certified notaries, enabling them to receive and offer notary services to beneficiaries.The Ministry of Justice revealed that the total number of notaries stands at 1,538 (1,512 men and 26 women), who provide 12 services to beneficiaries.The notary service, accessible via the portal www.mwathiq.sa, is one of the Ministry of Justice\u2019s most prominent services outsourced to the private sector, with the aim of streamlining the notarization process for beneficiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
