The Real Estate Development Fund announced that it has issued immediate approvals for 100,000 new beneficiaries<\/a> Of those on the waiting lists, they represent the entire The Fund's Targets for 2019<\/a>, thereby reducing the list by 75 percent in preparation for clearing the entire waiting list by the end of 2020. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Amoudi, General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Fund, explained, that the Fund is ready to accept applications for support from all 100,000 beneficiaries on the list, based on the completion and readiness of financing solutions and services provided by the Fund and participating financial institutions to offer real estate financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Amoudi added that among the financial services and solutions that helped reduce the backlog were the \u201cAjlah\u201d service, and the \u201cReal Estate Advisor\u201d service, which increased beneficiaries\u2019 contracts in the fourth quarter of 2018 by 8 % of the total real estate financing contracts signed. Regarding the achievement of the new year\u2019s (2019) targets, Al-Amoudi noted that the Real Estate Development Fund will continue to focus on the key areas that enabled the Fund to achieve unprecedented accomplishments during 2018, emphasizing that the Fund will continue its efforts through interactive campaigns to increase beneficiaries\u2019 awareness of the Fund\u2019s products and their benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Omoudi concluded his remarks on the Real Estate Fund\u2019s smart branches by stating: \u201cThis year, 2019, will see further efforts to upgrade the Fund\u2019s branches in various cities across the Kingdom to transform them into smart branches, following the opening of the first smart branch in Riyadh.\u201d It is worth noting that the Ministry of Housing recently launched the \u201cSakani\u201d program for 2019, which includes the allocation of 200,000 new housing and financing options for beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
