According to a previous statistic issued by the Ministry of Justice, three regions accounted for the total number of mortgage release requests for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2zm5833r0cQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Mortgaged Properties (opens in a new tab)\">Mortgaged real estate<\/a>The Qassim region accounted for 71.3% of these requests, followed by the Tabuk region with 19.5%, in addition to the Al-Jouf region with 9.2% in mortgage redemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Justice is planning an e-service to provide information on \u201creal estate\u201d ownership and areas, by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moj.gov.sa\/ar\/eServices\/pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Electronic services<\/a> The Ministry of Justice's online portal, which in its first phase is dedicated to reporting sukuk data for corporate properties only, which contain areas of up to 1.8 billion square meters. The e-service works by inquiring about the ownership of real estate through the deed number, or plot and plan number.  The service requires sending a text message to the inquirer's mobile phone after registering in the database, and the inquirer will see the property data for corporate properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Justice has made the query service available to the public, both individuals and companies, with the aim of increasing transparency in the field of property documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It provides beneficiaries with real estate ownership data for companies in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This service comes within the projects of the Ministry of Justice, which works to raise the Kingdom's ranking in investment competitiveness to reach advanced positions in real estate investment data among other countries.
