His Royal Highness Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of the Eastern Province, in the presence of Minister of Housing Al-Haqeel, inaugurated on Thursday Residential Expo\u00ab<\/a> organized by the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center, which runs until February 16. After the opening ceremony, His Highness handed a number of citizens benefiting from the Ministry of Housing's developmental housing program the keys to their housing units provided by the program. Expo Dhahran is a real estate exhibition that brings together developers, buyers and financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the tour, His Highness met with a number of citizens registered in the Ministry of Housing's \u00abDevelopmental Housing\u00bb program and handed them, in the presence of the Minister of Housing, the keys to their housing units owned in partnership between the program and charitable societies, and honored a number of charitable societies that participated in the delivery of housing units to citizens in the developmental housing categories. The Expo (a real estate exhibition) aims to facilitate the journey of owning the \u00abfirst home\u00bb for the beneficiaries listed in the Ministry of Housing Listings<\/a> The exhibition, which is open daily from 4 to 10 p.m., offers all housing and financing solutions that suit the desires and possibilities of all segments of beneficiaries, such as retirees, entrepreneurs, private sector employees, and many who were previously unable to obtain mortgage financing, with the participation of real estate sector stakeholders in the Kingdom, including real estate developers, contractors, government agencies, and financing institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inauguration was conducted by HRH Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of Eastern Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening ceremony was graced by Housing Minister Al-Hogail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition is organized by the Housing and Real Estate Development Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It runs from February 7 until February 16 at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A number of housing units were handed over to the beneficiaries of the developmental housing program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
