The General Supervisor of Developmental Housing and Real Estate Organization at the Ministry of Housing, Mazen bin Mohammed Al-Dawood, pointed out that the Ministry has concluded several partnership agreements with nearly 200 civil societies spread across the regions and governorates of the Kingdom, with the aim of quickly reaching the neediest families and meeting their housing needs, adding that developmental housing seeks through its partnership with associations to provide a practical model to accelerate the provision of housing services with added social value that leaves a positive and sustainable impact on society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Focusing on the most vulnerable families<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Dawood emphasized the importance of integrating the non-profit sector as well as the private sector with the efforts and initiatives undertaken by government agencies to enable the most needy social security families to obtain suitable housing (villas - apartments) and reach the results that serve the community in a faster time, noting the role that the associations are currently playing to promote development work in the housing sector. The General Supervisor of Developmental Housing and Real Estate Organization at the Ministry of Housing expressed his appreciation for the prominent role and tangible activity of Bunyan Association in helping deserving families, stressing that this partnership is a model to be followed in achieving real integration between the government sector and the non-profit sector to achieve sustainable development goals that serve citizens and achieve one of the goals of the Kingdom's vision 2030. (Apartments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For her part, Vice Chairman of the Society's Board of Directors, Turkiya Al-Fares, expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman - may God protect them - in the first place, and to the Ministry of Housing for the support that the Society receives from the Ministry, stressing the importance of this positive partnership and its great role to enable the Society to carry out its effective charitable role towards its beneficiaries, ensuring them a decent living life and reducing the financial burdens that they face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Developmental housing: Apartments and villas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Delivery of a new batch of housing in Jeddah Governorate, which is part of the housing units provided by the Developmental Housing Program to the association.<\/li><li>200 NGOs with which the ministry has signed partnership agreements to quickly reach the neediest families and meet their housing and apartment needs.<\/li><li>The importance of partnering with NGOs as
