Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the second forum and exhibition of off-plan sales projects will be held \u201cWavix <\/a>2019\u201d, organized by the Off-plan Sale and Leasing Program \u201cWafi\u201d during the period 9-11 March, at the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah, in the presence of a number of Their Excellencies and those concerned with real estate affairs in the Kingdom and abroad, and the presence of the UAE as a guest of honor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attracting global expertise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The forum and exhibition aims to introduce the Wafi system and its current and future projects, attract local and international expertise in the field of off-plan sales and benefit from their experiences, bring together the parties related to the system's activity, provide a space for acquaintance, exchange of experiences and partnerships between the participating parties, give visitors the opportunity to view the projects and introduce the role of the Ministry of Housing in providing suitable housing for the citizen at a lower cost and higher quality through its various initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four themes in the forum<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The forum includes four main themes, the first of which deals with government support in the housing sector (A review of the UAE experience)<\/a>The second theme focuses on the management of real estate development operations, traditional and modern models, the third theme sheds light on engineering design and its role in serving off-plan sales projects, while the fourth and final theme discusses the role of media and advertising in off-plan sales projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Off-plan buying experiences<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A number of real estate development companies and financing institutions, in addition to engineering and accounting offices, will participate in the exhibition and forum and will review a number of international experiences in the field of buying and owning residential units on the off-plan sales system \u201cprojects under construction\u201d. A number of diverse real estate products and the experiences of local and regional companies in real estate development will be presented in the off-plan sales system, through which Wafi looks forward to keeping pace with the Kingdom's vision 2030 in providing suitable housing and creating investment opportunities in the field of housing.
