The conference sessions included 8 working sessions in which 26 speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom participated, discussing the role of technology in supporting the real estate housing finance market, the latest practices to build a sustainable housing finance sector, as well as dialogue sessions on legislation in the real estate finance sector, and the conference will review investment opportunities in the housing sector in the Kingdom. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The housing sector in the Kingdom is witnessing rapid growth, and to keep pace with this development, the Kingdom's government seeks to advance the housing sector through close cooperation with the public and private sectors to increase the ownership rate of citizens to 70% in 2030 compared to 50% today.
