Participants in the discussion included Mr. Mansour bin Madi, Advisor to the General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Fund; Mr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Sheikh, CEO of the Saudi Housing Finance Company; the General Supervisor of the Construction Technology Incentive Initiative at the Ministry of Housing, Mr. Mahab Benten; the Deputy Head of the National Digital Transformation Center, Mr. Abdul-Latif Al-Abdul-Latif; and the Director of Saudi Fintech, Ms. Najoud Al-Malik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the session, the experts also discussed how the fintech sector contributes to the development of the mortgage market for consumers seeking to purchase homes and suitable housing, as well as the future of the fintech sector in the real estate finance market, noting that fintech seeks to support the information technology sector, develop products and services, foster entrepreneurship, and promote the growth of the real estate market in the Kingdom, and to encourage the development of technology products and services to support financial inclusion and a cashless society, as well as to address financial inclusion.
