Building materials will rise in the future<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Amlak began its survey with contractor Marwan Fawzi, who indicated that the contractor's \u00abfactory\u00bb prices are appropriate and acceptable, and that there is competition between contractors due to the projects that are pumped in various regions of the Kingdom, whether they are private projects or those projects carried out by the Ministry of Housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fawzi explained that the prices per square meter are as follows: The flat meter including materials 360 to 400 riyals, for bone, and finishing 800 riyals on the flat meter, if the finishing is average half a million riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He predicted that the prices of building materials as well as the \u00abcontractor's factory\u00bb will rise in the future as a result of the construction movement currently taking place in the Kingdom, and called for urgent solutions to the phenomenon of loose labor in the construction market as well as the elimination of the phenomenon of unapproved contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decrease by 15% <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As for the contractor Atef Hussein (Horizon Contracting Company), he explained at the beginning of his talk to \u00bbAmlak\u00bb that at the moment there is a general decrease in the factory, which decreased by about 15%, also there is a decrease in local building materials, and we can say that their prices are competitive and appropriate, commensurate with the prices of the property. As for the prices of bone and the price of iron, he explained that they are in the range of 2400 riyals, concrete 150 riyals, while finishing has a decrease of about 15%. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contractor Atef Hussein predicted that building and construction prices in general will rise in the future if more projects continue to be pumped in, as this will lead to higher prices for \u00abmanufacturing,\u00bb labor, and building materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Factory and real estate are suitable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For his part, contractor Abdulaziz bin Mubarak acknowledged the low costs of construction and construction in the contracting market, explaining that building a bone is 500 riyals per square meter, a factory is 1,000 riyals per square meter, 130 key delivery is 1100 riyals. For his part, contractor and real estate marketer Fahd Al-Hazaa confirmed that the prices in the contracting market in general are currently very suitable, indicating that the bone ranges between 300 to 350 riyals per square meter and on the key from 800 to 1250 per square meter, depending on the quality of finishing required by the customer, and on the reasons that lead to the rise in prices, he said that this happens due to the rise in demand with a lack of supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for the large number of projects under construction and whether it has an impact on the demand for building materials, Al-Hazaa explained that it has little impact on the market, as prices rise and fall in line with market prices and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She told Amlak that the prices of the construction market have increased by 3%, but only in materials, but this depends on the size of the land and the area, as prices vary depending on the area, she said: (take a contractor from the street and do not take an accredited contractor and in the end the house that the unaccredited contractor is not sound, and whoever wants to build a house, the municipality must see a solution and approve the accredited contractor), and denied that the large number of projects under construction has an impact on the demand for building materials, saying (the more projects the more the economy grows, of course we were greatly wronged by loose labor and discrediting the reputation of Saudi accredited contractors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
