In the coming period, efforts will focus on addressing the needs of a number of\nhousing projects, noting that the areas of expenditure include the construction of power plants and the provision of electricity\nand water services, as well as treatment plants and other services required by these projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nprogram explained in a press release that Article 15 of the Executive Regulations for White Land\nFees stipulates that the amounts collected shall be allocated to the development of infrastructure projects\nin accordance with the following text: \u201cThe Ministry shall determine the allocation\u2014from the special account for fees\nand fines collected\u2014for housing projects, the provision of public utilities to them, and the provision\nof public services therein.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is worth noting that the \u201cWhite Land Fees\u201d program is\none of the Ministry of Housing\u2019s programs announced in 2016 and is being implemented in its first phase in\nRiyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Makkah.
