The project covers an area of one million square meters and is surrounded by a number of major and vital roads, such as Prince Abdul Majeed Road and Transcontinental Road. It is also distinguished by its proximity to Madinah Road and Prince Nayef Road (residential and commercial development).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this\noccasion, Hamad Mohammed Al-Mousa, Chairman of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors, extended an invitation to all businesspeople,\ninterested parties, and investors to take advantage of the full range of investment opportunities offered by the project,\n, which boasts a strategic location in Jeddah, adjacent to a range of service and vital centers\nsuch as the King Abdullah Medical Complex, Jeddah Tower, King Abdullah Sports City, and the\n.
