to implement five housing projects in a number of cities and governorates for the beneficiaries of the program who are registered on the ministry's lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3130 housing units in 5 locations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement included the construction of 3130 housing units in\ndistributed in two projects in the Riyadh region with 250 housing units in the governorate of\nDawadmi, 200 housing units in Al-Mujamah, 1000 housing units in the Hail region, 1000 housing units in the Hail region, and\nQassim, 1345 housing units in Buraidah and 335 in Unaiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Developmental Housing Program explained in a press release that this agreement comes as a continuation of a series of agreements aimed at building housing units in a number of cities and governorates, indicating that it covers the need in each of Dawadmi, Al-Mujamahah, Breda, Onaiza and Hail, bringing the volume of construction projects in developmental housing to 17 cities and governorates, adding to what was announced from the previous construction agreement distributed to Zulfi, Thadiq, Shaqra, Ramah, Al-Kharj, Dawadmi, Raniyah, Khalis, Rabigh, Yanbu, Hanakia and Nabhaniyah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Providing housing projects <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part, the General Supervisor of the\nEngineer Mazen bin Mohammed Al-Dawood stressed the program's keenness to provide more\nhousing units to beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom, stressing that the\nDevelopmental Housing Program will continue to pump more housing units for beneficiaries, while continuing the\ndelivery operations that are carried out periodically through integration with the non-profit sector represented by\nCharitable societies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Belt's readiness to start implementation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part, General Manager of Belt\nindicated that the company is committed to implementing the agreement\nand started building housing units in the specified locations, according to the agreed-upon timelines.\nHe praised the development housing program for its role in providing housing units for the beneficiary families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction of the housing units comes as one of the\nDevelopmental housing aims to provide more housing units that suit the needs of each family.\nThis is done through agreements with major contracting companies, as well as by empowering small and medium enterprises\nmajor contracting companies, as well as by enabling small and medium-sized enterprises from contractors\nwith the participation of developmental housing to build housing units according to the opportunities offered through the platform\n\u201cBinaa\u201d platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noteworthy that the Developmental Housing Program is one of the\nis one of the initiatives of the Housing Program within the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and it aims to meet the needs of the beneficiaries of the program\nbeneficiaries of the program and enable them to own or benefit from suitable housing according to their needs.\nThe program has concluded many agreements and partnerships with charitable associations and contracting companies\nThe program has entered into many agreements and partnerships with charitable associations and construction companies to ensure the speedy fulfillment of the needs of families, as its efforts are integrated with\nMore than 200 NGOs spread across all regions and governorates of the Kingdom, to undertake the tasks of\ncommunication, visiting families, helping them choose housing, following up on delivery, and managing and operating\nhousing units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Related links, news and articles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Real Estate -
