Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Baradi, General Manager of Al-Baradi Real Estate Investment and Auction Organization and Chairman of the Azizia View Auction<\/a>\u00a0Al-Bawardi announced that all preparations have been completed to hold the auction of the sale of the Al-Aziziyah view plan on Tuesday, 25\/8\/1440 AH corresponding to 30\/4\/2019 AD, immediately after the afternoon prayer, at the Makkah Grand Hall in the Takhasoosi neighborhood - Makkah Road, Jeddah, and explained that the plan consists of one investment plot of 125 thousand and 363 square meters, which is raw land, located in Makkah city, north of Mahbas Al-Jin, and the plot has a distinct strategic location close to the feelings and Makkah Haram, this came during the following interview with Amlak Real Estate Newspaper conducted with him:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First of all, tell us about the idea of the conglomerate?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The idea of forming a conglomerate to sell the Al-Aziziyah View plan came because the project is very large and constitutes a great economic value in Makkah, and such an auction needs the integration of the efforts of several parties in order to be organized in the required manner, so a quadruple conglomerate was formed that includes (Al-Baradi Foundation for Real Estate Investment and Auction Organization, Bandar Al-Hamoud Foundation for Public Auctions, Abdullah bin Rashid Al-Thubaiti Auction Foundation, and Kanooz Makkah Investment Company) In order to achieve the best results for real estate owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the features of the Aziziyah View plot?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
