Deposit Real Estate Development Fund<\/a> 863.5 million riyals in the accounts of the beneficiaries of the \u201cResidential\u201d program from the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Fund in May 2019, including 140.3 million riyals in support of the profits of subsidized mortgage contracts, and 723.5 million riyals for the beneficiaries of the military support initiative. The Fund pointed out in a press release that the total amounts deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries of \u201csubsidized mortgage financing\u201d and \u201csubsidized housing loan for military personnel in service\u201d amounted to four billion and 568.7 million riyals, since the beginning of the transformation until May 2019<\/p>\n

838.1 Total subsidized real estate financing <\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Fund confirmed that the total amounts deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries of \u201csubsidized mortgage financing\u201d since the start of the mortgage program in June 2017 until May 2019 amounted to about 838.1 million riyals, while the total amount deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries of the \u00absubsidized housing loan for military personnel in service\u00bb amounted to about three billion and 730.6 million riyals, provided as a good loan that is repaid after the completion of the repayment of the basic loan. The Real Estate Development Fund explained that the amounts of support deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries confirm the Fund's commitment to support citizens benefiting from subsidized mortgage loans, stressing the keenness to move forward with the beneficiaries in their steps towards owning the first home, as the support amounts are paid at the end of each calendar month, to ensure that the amount arrives before the financing installment is deducted from his bank account.<\/p>\n

Continue depositing monthly<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For his part, the General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Fund, Khaled bin Mohammed Al Amoudi, confirmed that the Fund will continue to deposit the amounts of support in the accounts of the beneficiaries on a monthly basis according to the contracts signed with them, stressing that the Real Estate Development Fund will continue to provide its services to all beneficiaries registered on its lists and provide the necessary facilities for them to accelerate the acquisition of their mortgage loans and end the Fund's waiting lists before the end of next year, in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership to provide all means to enable citizens to own the first home and enhance the objectives of the housing program, which is to raise the rate of ownership of citizens to the touch.<\/p>\n

Al-Amoudi pointed out that the branches of the Real Estate Development Fund continue to serve citizens throughout the week, and they can contact the real estate consultant to provide consultations and provide the necessary support to the beneficiaries, in order to know the mechanism of obtaining real estate financing and the support that is deposited on a monthly basis to the beneficiary, as the Beneficiary Care Center 199090 has been allocated to communicate with beneficiaries and answer their inquiries.<\/p>\n

Expedite your mortgage loan<\/strong><\/h3>\n

It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund announced within the previous installments of the \u201cResidential\u201d program, the allocation of more than 285 thousand subsidized mortgage loans to beneficiaries registered in the Fund's lists, and launched many initiatives during the past two years such as the service of \u201caccelerating the mortgage loan\u201d without the need to wait, and designing many solutions in partnership with banks and financial institutions, including buying a ready-made unit from the market, converting existing financing to subsidized, and self-construction, in addition to the Ministry of Housing projects ready or under construction in partnership with qualified real estate developers.<\/p>\n
