Abdul Latif Jameel Land Company (ALJLC) has commenced work on Dari-Q, a residential complex that will feature 158 luxury apartments with a range of shared and integrated facilities to provide the highest levels of comfort and wellbeing for the community.<\/p>\n

The community, which is the company's third project, offers a vibrant residential environment with a focus on contemporary lifestyle and convenience for the community, two key principles of Abdul Latif Jameel Land's real estate development philosophy. The project adopts a similar model to the award-winning G1 Residential Complex, also located in Jeddah's northern Al Salama neighborhood, particularly in terms of focusing on the community of residents and providing integrated lifestyle amenities.<\/p>\n

The new project is characterized by a combination of spacious and versatile apartments and a variety of high-quality amenities. The project comprises two main buildings and four main areas, with two-bedroom apartments spread over three floors, three-bedroom apartments spread over seven floors, and larger four-bedroom apartments spread over three floors - with a total of thirteen floors available to customers. The community will also feature many amenities to provide the highest levels of comfort and convenience for the community, such as shops, rooftop gardens, a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, outdoor seating, gardens, multi-purpose courts, an indoor games room, a banquet and event hall for up to 90 guests, and a guest lounge.<\/p>\n
