The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Residential Program, revealed the number of contracts signed with the beneficiaries of the Asfan residential plan north of Jeddah Governorate, nearly 600 contracts out of 1155, and the program said in a press release that the reservation process in the project took place on all the plots of the plan and the ratio of 100%, within three days, explaining that the process of signing contracts and handing over the lands is carried out according to specific schedules after coordination with all beneficiaries, in order to meet the demand for residential plans.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Housing's Land and Technical Affairs Agency has completed more than 90% of the infrastructure development stages of the scheme, as part of the ministry's efforts to achieve the goals of the housing program to raise the percentage of residential ownership to 60% by 2020, and reach 70% by 2030.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that all the plans available to the beneficiaries of the \u00abResidential\u00bb program are a model of integrated residential plans with integrated services and public facilities, as large areas of these projects are allocated for green spaces and public parks, and contain sites for commercial services and public facilities, in addition to allocating sites for government agencies, to provide their residents with all the services they need, stressing that the program continues to pump more residential plans to the beneficiaries by providing suitable plans for them and meeting their desires and aspirations.<\/p>\n

The plan is located north of Jeddah and is characterized by its strategic location in close proximity to Jeddah University, as well as its proximity to the urban area and King Abdullah Sports City \u201cAl Jawhara\u201d.<\/p>\n
