If you visit these developed countries and see this renaissance of real estate projects, I'm sure the first thing on your mind is how these real estate projects are managed and at what level? Certainly, they are not managed by traditional people, there are of course advanced procedures that govern the management of these facilities and emulate them in terms of sophistication and creativity, which is worthy of us to benefit from their experience in this field, as these projects are valued at billions of dollars, so any defect in management may mean an increase in the annual depreciation rate and this rate means millions of dollars lost by these investments, so there is no way for the owners of these projects to overlook this aspect or leave it to be managed in a traditional manner not thoroughly studied in advance. Some of these buildings have a system of policies, procedures, and building management that includes every big and small thing in that building, and there is a monitoring body to perform that work.<\/p>\n<p>We here in our real estate market have started to see a large number of these distinctive real estate projects that need a distinctive and unconventional management team, which will force their owners to search for companies that have knowledge in managing similar projects, the presence of a distinctive and professional property management service will provide the opportunity to enter many investors in the development of distinct real estate projects at the level of what we see from projects in foreign countries and neighboring countries, the property management team is the most important element to attract such real estate projects.<\/p>\n<p>From what I've seen outside of Saudi Arabia:<\/p>\n<p>1: Premium contracts that serve both landlord and tenant.<\/p>\n<p>2:  Maintenance, outstanding team, fast service, warranty, and affordable price.<\/p>\n<p>3: A capable lawyer who serves both the landlord and the tenant.<\/p>\n<p>4: Services for properties: water, electricity, drainage, internet, garden, swimming pool, and gardens.<\/p>\n<p>5: Neighborhood Caf\u00e9 or Neighborhood Market serving everyone.<\/p>\n<p>6: Neighborhood bank teller.<\/p>\n<p>7: Security.<\/p>\n<p>8: Security gate and remote for residents.<\/p>\n<p>9: Access pass for residents.<\/p>\n<p>10: Population database.<\/p>\n<p>11:  Accounting, accounting programs, reminders, revenue, insurance, and management.<\/p>\n<p>12: Secretarial and professional letters.<\/p>\n<p>13:  Warehousing, inventory and procurement management.<\/p>\n<p>14: Cameras, recordings and surveillance.<\/p>\n<p>15:  Organize invoices, follow up with tenants and resolve issues if any.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>*(Property and real estate management specialist and investor)
