He made these remarks during his speech at the First Saudi International Iron and Steel Conference, organized by the National Committee for the Iron Industry\u2014an offshoot of the Council of Saudi Chambers\u2014at the King Faisal Conference Hall at the InterContinental Hotel in Riyadh from September 16 \u2013 18 September 2019.
