Minister of Housing Majid Al-Hogail said that these funds will enable the screening of units in residential projects before the start of work and speed up the completion of plans, and support the early screening of off-plan sales projects, noting that it will increase the supply and stimulate real estate development, and will lead to an increase in the volume of financing after reducing the risk ratio, to reach the ministry's goal of raising the ownership rate for citizens.<\/p>\n
The agreements signed between the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, government agencies and service companies aim to enhance cooperation by enforcing the Royal Decree to approve private residential plans within 60 days, unifying efforts to accelerate urban development by speeding up the approval of residential plans, facilitating development procedures and establishing infrastructure for the plans, and achieving the principle of cooperation between government agencies and companies providing public services and joint coordination between them.<\/p>\n
