The project aims to provide 3,404 residential plots averaging 400 square meters per plot. The signing took place in the presence of Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Housing, during his inspection visit to theresidential projects in the Madinah region. (Real Estate).<\/p>\n<p>The contract, signed on behalf of the Ministry by Engineer Abdullah Al-Hammad, Assistant Undersecretary for Land and Technical Affairs, and Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Rawaf, Project Manager at Al-Rawaf Company, covers the development of infrastructure works in the \u201cAl-Shurooq\u201d district of Madinah, which spans an area of 4.669.811 square meters. This initiative is part of the effective cooperation between the Ministry and the private sector to provide the best services through a variety of options tailored to citizens\u2019 needs and preferences, with the quality required to increase homeownership rates among Saudi families. The Ministry of Housing reaffirmed its commitment to fruitful cooperation with the private sector to help achieve these goals and facilitate homeownership for citizens, thereby raising the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030, in line with the targets of the Housing Program\u2014one of the programs designed to realize the Kingdom\u2019s Vision 2030. It noted its ongoing monitoring of the implementation of all housing projects, the completion of infrastructure work, and its continued preparation for other projects that will be announced in due course as part of the design and implementation phases across all regions of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, she emphasized the commitment to adhering to the specified timeline for delivering a number of \u201cSakani\u201d program projects to eligible citizens in the coming period.
