The decision came after reviewing the report submitted by the Minister of Housing and after reviewing the recommendation prepared by the Economic Affairs and Development Council No. 12-2\/41\/d dated 13\/1\/1441. (Real Estate)<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that the White Land List defines that the term \"White Land\" refers to all open space designated for residential or commercial use within the boundaries of the urban area. Fees are applied to lands subject to the system and its regulations according to the following stages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First: undeveloped lands with an area of ten thousand square meters or more located within the range determined by the Ministry.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Second: Developed land belonging to a single owner in a single approved plan, provided that the total area exceeds ten thousand square meters.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Third: Developed land belonging to a single owner in a single approved plan, provided that the total area exceeds five thousand square meters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Thirdly: The Ministry of Housing is responsible for collecting the fees prescribed in this regard as well as the fines resulting from violating the regulations or policies, and it also takes the necessary measures to prevent evasion of payment of these fees and fines.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Selected real estate news links from <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/32PKxYA\">News<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Issue 182<strong>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Abu Dhabi Real Estate...
