The Real Estate Fund\u2019s call center in Riyadh has achieved significant milestones through the services it has been providing since its establishment in March 2018 to beneficiaries of the \u201cSakani\u201d program who are registered on the waiting lists of the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Fund, highlighting the quality standards and follow-up procedures it applies in providing services to beneficiaries. \u00a0The center has contributed to the completion of 63% of the total real estate financing contracts for various housing products, in addition to achieving a beneficiary satisfaction rate of 85% for the services it provides.<\/p>\n
This came during an inspection visit to the center by Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Development Fund, in the presence of Mansour bin Madi, General Supervisor of the Fund. During the visit, he was briefed on the center\u2019s operations and the services it provides to beneficiaries. The programs and initiatives of the \u201cSakani\u201d program contributed to the comprehensiveness of services provided to beneficiaries, in addition to the availability of financing solutions through 16 financing entities and the diversity of programs and initiatives, alongside the recommendations issued by the \u201cReal Estate Advisor\u201d program. This year, through the Center, 781 TP3T real estate financing contracts were signed during the period from January through October 2019.<\/p>\n
The call center serves as a world-class service hub and a platform for launching marketing and awareness campaigns for various housing products, including ready-to-move-in units from Ministry of Housing and private sector projects, off-plan sales, self-build projects, and existing mortgage financing.<\/p>\n
With the aim of streamlining financing and housing procedures, the call center serves as an awareness and promotional hub to inform beneficiaries of the Ministry\u2019s \u201cSakani\u201d program and the Real Estate Fund about their eligibility for housing, as well as to find solutions to problems and complaints submitted by beneficiaries. The center handled more than 2.4 million incoming and outgoing calls from March 2018 through October 2019, in addition to 777 marketing campaigns for \u201cSakani\u201d products that reached approximately one million beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
The center employs the latest technology and adheres to the highest international standards for quality and monitoring; the rate of missed calls has not exceeded 1 percent. The quality team also listens to a number of incoming calls to evaluate how customers are handled and identify trainingtraining and development needs of staff, thereby contributing to higher customer satisfaction rates.<\/p>\n
At the conclusion of the tour, the Minister of Housing honored a number of the center\u2019s male and female employees. He commended the efforts of all staff members in providing the best solutions in customer service, which have earned the highest levels of satisfaction from beneficiaries. He also highlighted the achievements made so far under the housing program, which reinforce the plans and objectives of the Housing 2020 Program by raising the homeownership rate to 60%.<\/p>\n
The call center was established in March 2018 and currently employs 150 staff members. The center provides comprehensive services to beneficiaries via the unified number (199088) for twelve consecutive hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., applying the highest international standards in customer service. The Fund recently received two gold awards at the Europe, Africa, and Middle East level, as the best contact center and self-service provider from the global organization Contact Center World.<\/p>\n
