Nayef Al Rajhi Investment Company, through its London subsidiary, Metaform Real Estate Development and Investment, has received approval for the redevelopment and expansion of an old Victorian metalworking factory located on Lots Road in Chelsea, a popular area for design and engineering firms, into 4,700 square meters of office space. (The proposed architectural design combines the site's industrial past with the use of Corten steel to clad the fa\u00e7ade of the building with the creative modernity of the Chelsea area.<\/p>\n
The project, owned by Nayef Al Rajhi Investment Company, will feature a complete remodeling of the building and the addition of eight floors to provide flexible workspaces to attract SMEs working in the field of design and creativity. The building will also feature landscaping, a caf\u00e9 at the main entrance and a large outdoor courtyard.<\/p>\n
