On the other hand, the remaining few who are highly focused and familiar with all the details of construction, economy and market achieve huge and continuous profits. Therefore, the developer must be aware of all aspects and basic steps in development, including:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">1- Decide what type of development you want to try. (Commercial? Residential? For owning or renting? For improving or selling? Building from scratch? Improving an existing one? Location? Partnership or on your own?).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">2- Identify your financial resources. Determine your borrowing potential.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">3- Create a budget and a possible timeline and discuss it with an expert or architect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">4- Find a marketed real estate broker<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Good, start researching with him and learn about the market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">5- Once you locate the property, create the legal framework that will lead to the development. You will need a lawyer and a chartered accountant to accomplish this. It will cost you some money.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">6- Receive paid financing for both purchase and development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">7- Using an architect and contractor, you can get preliminary plans for the property.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">8- Inspect and certify property, soil, water, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">9- Buy the property, if possible, buy it subject to approvals for licenses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">10- Ask the engineer to draw up final building plans.
