The program explained in a press release yesterday that during the past month, residential villas were delivered in 8 projects in the Riyadh region, including Al Majma'ah, Aflaj, Al Aina, Shaqra, Dawadmi, Al Zulfi, Thadiq and Ramah, in addition to 4 projects in the Eastern Province in Hafar Al Batin, Al Khobar and Al Mubarraz governorates, as well as (Al Ahsa Housing 1 and 2), and the delivery included 10 projects in the Qassim region in the Qassim region, namely (Riyadh Al-Khubaira Housing, Al-Bada'i Housing, Al-Jawa'a Housing, Al-Madhanib Housing, Al-Shamasiyah Housing, Al-Bakiriyah Housing, Al-Ras Housing, Buraydah Housing, Unaiza Housing, and Al-Nabhaniyah Housing), as well as two projects in Jazan region, including Bish Housing and Al-Dahiyah Housing, in addition to continuing delivery in Al-Khurmah and Al-Qunfudhah projects in the Makkah region.<\/p>\n
The Ministry of Housing projects for ready-made housing units are distributed in a number of cities and governorates of the Kingdom, where the ministry announced 40 projects that provide about 14 thousand housing units of the type of \u00abvilla\u00bb with an area of up to 500 square meters per villa, and these projects are characterized by integrated infrastructure such as sidewalks, lighting, electricity and water services, in addition to green spaces, public parks and playgrounds for children, as well as mosques and mosques, and sites for government agencies such as educational, health and other facilities, and the ministry projects and details of housing units can be reviewed via the link https:\/\/sakani.housing.sa\/projects-map.
