(Housing Projects)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>30 Plans in Jazan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Jazan region includes 30 schemes that provide about 49,000 free lands, including 17 schemes that provide 26,484 developed and under development lands, 5 schemes that have completed designs and are being offered and provide more than 11,217 free lands, and 8 schemes that are being designed in preparation for offering them for implementation and providing 11,068 free plots of land.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Haqeel visited the King Abdullah Suburb project and plan located on King Abdulaziz Road, which provides 4607 free land plots and 894 housing units, while the design and implementation of the project took into account the provision of a residential environment with integrated services, facilities and infrastructure, and handed over a number of housing units to the beneficiaries during his tour of the project.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Different types of developer projects<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>After that, His Excellency inspected the projects of the \u201cResidential\u201d program in partnership with real estate developers in Jazan, namely the projects of (technology edifice and Al Safwa Garden), where the first provides 4170 housing units of villa type, on an area of 4.2 million square meters, while the \u201cAl Safwa Garden\u201d project includes 777 housing units of apartment type, on an area exceeding 58 thousand square meters, characterized by providing various models of housing units that suit all segments, with quality and appropriate price ranging from 250 thousand to 750 thousand riyals.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Emphasize adherence to the schedule<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>During his meeting with real estate developers and contractors implementing infrastructure works, Al-Haqeel stressed the importance of adhering to the timelines for completing all works and the need to apply the highest quality standards to provide various housing options that meet the aspirations of citizens and suit their desires, noting that the ministry is keen to provide various housing and financing options and solutions that contribute to enabling citizens to own residential property in accordance with the objectives of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom Vision 2030 - taking into account the different desires, including ready or under construction housing units, free land, or access to real estate loans.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5 projects ready. Two under construction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Housing's residential program has launched several housing projects, distributed in Jazan region and its governorates and villages, including two projects under construction that provide nearly 5,000 housing units (villas and apartments) in partnership with the private sector, and 5 ready-made projects within the ministry's projects, providing more than 1800 housing units of villa type, in addition to free land schemes, as part of the ministry's keenness to provide various options that meet the aspirations of citizens and suit their capabilities, in addition to other housing options such as subsidized mortgage loan for self-construction, buying a ready-made unit from the market, and the option of
