The Developer Services Center indicated that the Jazan region came first, in terms of the area of approved plans, with about 12.7 million square meters, through 6 plans. The Makkah region came in second place, with about 12.2 million square meters, through the approval of 9 plans, then the Riyadh region, with 8.1 million square meters, through 6 plans.<\/p>\n
The Developer Services Center aims to facilitate the launch of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and accelerate the pace of work on residential projects through the service of real estate developers, which increases the supply of housing units annually and creates new job opportunities for Saudi citizens, and also achieves the national goal by obtaining adequate housing at the right price through the various services provided by the center, such as submitting applications for licenses, approvals and deliveries, directing them and following them up with various authorities and ensuring that they are completed at the required speed.<\/p>\n
