(Real Estate Marketing)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" dir=\"rtl\">The coming time is full of variables, so studying demographics such as age, gender, education, income, and other critical elements that play a big role in the success of any real estate project<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In the future, especially with the rapid progress that we are witnessing today, the world is constantly changing, and in the next ten years it will be different in desires and preferences with the change in the level of income, education, culture, thought, and lifestyles, and thus the requirements towards housing will change. For example: We find<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>First-time homebuyers are 35-45 years old, with one-third of them<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Nearly 40 percent have one or two children at home.
