No case or request related to proving ownership of land based on revitalization, hand status or ordinary documents shall be accepted before the courts, including requests for which no deed was issued before the issuance of this order, subject to the provisions of the second clause of the order.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly: The State Land Committee, in conjunction with the relevant authorities, shall prepare the necessary rules and regulations for the following: Ownership of land and real estate for those who applied to the courts before the date of the order, and propose a mechanism and period to consider the applications of those who did not apply before that, provided that this does not conflict with the organizational plans. - Determining the locations where private ownership may not be acquired, including the borders of the Two Holy Mosques, the holy sites and their buildings, coastal lands, border reserves, national reserves, mountain peaks, valley streams, and archaeological sites.<\/p>\n<p>- Identify the parties concerned with applying the rules, controls and documentation mechanisms and submit the results within a period not exceeding 60 days.<\/p>\n<h3>Review of the draft property ownership system<\/h3>\n<p>Third: The Ministry of Justice, in coordination with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, shall review the draft property ownership and granting system in accordance with the provisions of the order, including proposing deterrent penalties for violators of state lands and submitting what is reached within a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of the order.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Housing shall review the organization of housing support and related regulations and decisions, and submit its findings within a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of the order.<\/p>\n<p>- The Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs are working to prepare a joint program to develop mechanisms to monitor encroachments on state property, enabling them to perform their duties in the manner assigned to them and not to be lenient with encroachers and deal with them firmly.<\/p>\n<p>- The Expert Committee of the Council of Ministers, in conjunction with the relevant authorities, shall review the Sharia Procedure Law, other laws, royal orders and decrees, relevant decisions and regulations, propose amendments thereto, and submit its findings within a period not exceeding 60 days.<\/p>\n<h3>Here are some links to news and reports <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?wpdmdl=27312\">Issue 184 of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Real Estate -
