With the participation of 12 real estate developers from the Arab Republic of Egypt, Riyadh will host the activities of the first edition of the International Real Estate Exhibition \u201cips\u201d tomorrow, Thursday, and will continue until Saturday, December 14, at the Fairmont Hotel in Riyadh, and the exhibition is organized by the UAE's Al-Estrategy Company, under the patronage of Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities. (Real Estate Exhibition).<\/p>\n
The companies are offering a variety of urban projects for Egyptians residing in Saudi Arabia, focusing on fourth-generation smart cities such as the Administrative Capital, Future City, Alamein, Shorouk, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, Sohag, New Mansoura, Heliopolis, and Obour, amid the great demand for these areas recently.<\/p>\n
The management of the exhibition indicated that a study was prepared for the market in Saudi Arabia and the needs of Egyptians working in Saudi Arabia, Saudis and other Arab nationalities, especially after the issuance of the new residency law that offers several advantages for buying real estate in Egypt, in light of the presence of City Edge as a representative of the national developer in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).<\/p>\n
For his part, Mohamed El Saidy, Executive Director of the organizing company \u201cEgypt and Africa Branch,\u201d said that the successes achieved by the previous 18 editions held in Dubai with international participation were enough to achieve the distinguished participation of Egyptian companies in the first edition of the exhibition in Riyadh, which comes within the framework of the distinctive UAE-Saudi Egyptian relations.<\/p>\n
The first edition of the International Real Estate Exhibition in Riyadh is purely Egyptian, and the exhibition provides attendees with the best financing programs and banking services through the Arab African Bank and the Saudi Bank Albilad for Egyptian expatriates and Saudis, in cooperation with the organizing company (IPS) and an elite group of real estate developers to promote real estate projects in the Egyptian market.<\/p>\n
