The Ministry of Justice has launched an electronic inquiry service for citizens and residents about any declaration issued by them or for them, through notaries or notaries, through the \u201cMy Declarations\u201d service in the e-justice services portal (Najiz).<\/p>\n
The ministry explained that the beneficiary can confirm and view all his declarations issued by the notary public or notaries to ensure his rights, indicating that the service includes declarations of waiver of sponsorship, change of name, renunciation of nationality, declaration of debt, receipt of a financial amount, and division of an estate by mutual consent.<\/p>\n
According to the ministry, the service can be utilized by accessing the My Declarations service in the Agencies and Declarations section of the Najiz portal.<\/p>\n
The service comes as part of the digital transformation launched by His Excellency the Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, in the notarization sector, which provided a range of services to beneficiaries, the most important of which is the issuance of electronic powers of attorney, a service that eliminates paper, as the beneficiary does not have to visit the notaries to obtain his agency, which will be delivered to his mobile number registered on the \u201cAbsher\u201d portal.<\/p>\n
