( Housing Finance )<br \/>\nThe agreement includes the following entities affiliated with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment: (General Authority for Foreign Trade, General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, General Authority for Investment, Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, Saudi Organization for Exhibitions and Conferences, Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants, Intellectual Property Authority, Engineers Authority, Contractors Authority, Saudi Competitiveness Center), in addition to the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs' affiliates who are citizens listed by the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund, as part of the Institutional Housing Department that was created by the Ministry of Housing to take care of government entities' employees.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Waiver or reduction of administrative fees<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>They include providing a special discount on the profit margin for those whose monthly income exceeds 14,000 riyals, and for those whose salaries are less than 14,000 riyals, full support for profits from the total amount of financing, which reaches 500,000 riyals, and providing an exemption or reduction in administrative fees through the financing agencies that will be present at the Sakani exhibition, which will be held inside the headquarters of the two ministries, to introduce the programs and products of the mortgage loan through the \u201cSakani\u201d program, and the exhibition allows the participation of a number of real estate developers to present their housing projects to the employees of the two ministries during the period of the exhibition.<br \/>\nThe agreement also includes the provision of the real estate consultant service at the headquarters of the Ministries of \u201cMunicipality\u201d and \u201cCommerce\u201d to provide the best financing recommendations and real estate solutions, and develop financing housing solutions for its employees, in addition to the presence of immediate eligibility staff to confirm registration cases, as the agreement aims to activate the partnership between government sectors to provide distinctive services to their employees and create an attractive work environment, as well as benefit from the services provided by other government agencies.For his part, Abdullah bin Abdulrahman bin Saeed, Supervisor of Institutional Housing, said: \u201dWe seek through such agreements to reach all citizens and facilitate.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce and Investment join the list today to complement previous agreements with King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Civil Service, Ministry of Justice, and Communications and Information Technology Commission.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership between the Ministry of Housing, the Real Estate Fund, banks and financing companies has shortened the way for the beneficiaries of the Sakany program to own their first home by taking advantage of the various housing options available through the \u201cSakany\u201d application, within the framework of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which emphasizes the involvement of the private sector in development.
