The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) has introduced innovation, real estate and construction as part of the programs of the \u00abBeban\u00bb <\/strong>which will have its first stop in Riyadh on January 29, 2020, while it aims to provide investment opportunities for small and medium enterprises in property management, contracting, construction work, real estate auctions, real estate marketing, in addition to design and engineering supervision, in addition to qualifying real estate developers and licensing them to sell on the map, qualifying and certifying the evaluator and real estate appraiser, and raising awareness of the regulation of non-governmental real estate activity and development requirements.<\/p>\n

Kingdom Construction Conference<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The revamped version of the \u00abBeban\u00bb <\/strong>In Riyadh, the \u00abBuilding New Economic Entrepreneurship in the Kingdom\u00bb conference, which kicks off on January 30, 2020, during which global and local experts and regional decision-makers will discuss several topics of interest to the SME sector and entrepreneurs, including: Educating future generations, innovations in food, promising opportunities in the sports and entertainment sectors, global shifts in the fashion industry, and other topics that have a direct impact on supporting and developing the SME sector and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Embracing Entrepreneurship and Business Creation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Eng. Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheed, Governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat), explained that the Riyadh Bipan Forum is concerned with creating the appropriate environment for existing small and medium enterprises to ensure their continuity and growth, and stimulate the entry of new establishments to the market by containing entrepreneurs and those interested in the field of business and establishing projects, overcoming the stages of establishment smoothly, identifying the stages of attracting investors, and the procedures of government agencies, support and empowerment, as well as providing them with advice on how to invest and the experiences of others; to expand their administrative knowledge in building their project structure and its success.<\/p>\n

Various programs at the forum<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Governor of Monsha'at said that the Bipan Forum includes various programs aimed at comprehensive qualification to build the capacities of aspiring entrepreneurs and SME owners, raise the administrative, financial and technical competencies of SMEs, increase awareness in the basic skills that enable SMEs and entrepreneurs to conduct their business properly, and support services.<\/p>\n
