This measure applies to fully developed plans for which building permits can be obtained from municipalities in cities and governorates, If permits cannot be issued for reasons not attributable to the beneficiary, the period will not be counted against them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">90,000 Beneficiaries of Free Land<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abSakani\u00bb offers the \u00abResidential Land\u00bb option as part of a range of housing options and financing solutions provided by the program through its website and mobile app. This option saw significant demand from citizens during 2019, as it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> About 90,000 citizens have benefited from free land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The program aims to make 180 housing projects available through the \u00abSakani\u00bb platform in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> And the handover of 90,000 new residential plots\u2014\u00abfree
