The appointment of the Minister of Housing, H.E. What increases the ceiling of ambition and optimism is what we saw last week at the \u201cOpportunities\u201d exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the size of investment opportunities for real estate worth hundreds of billions, including developed and undeveloped residential lands, which are unrepeatable opportunities, but their marketing is weak and does not match their size and diversity, so it needs expertise and marketing power to attract investors from abroad and further overcome any challenges facing developers to promote sustainable economic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
