The efforts of the state, may God protect it, by stopping entry or temporary exit from some cities to limit its spread, such as Madinah, Mecca and Qatif, as well as stopping education, conferences, exhibitions and events, in addition to stopping the activity of shisha and honeycombs that may be a factor in its spread, in addition to awareness campaigns from most authorities have had a positive impact in mitigating the disease crisis compared to other countries that delayed taking a decision to protect their people and started reaping losses in billions due to poor management of the crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The impact of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic was clear on the global economy and the globe. The financial markets fell dramatically with it until they reached prices ten years ago, stronger than any previous crisis, oil prices fell to less than $30 per barrel, and gold rose due to uncertainty to $1665.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We marvel at some real estate agents who raise prices insanely in old properties, despite our advice in previous articles to look at the market, as we witnessed this last week, which caused the exit of major companies and others remained in pain from the landlord's position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
