Revealed Real Estate Development Fund<\/a> announced the deposit of more than 1449 million riyals in the accounts of \u00abResidential\u00bb beneficiaries from the Ministry of Housing and the Fund for the current month of March. (Real Estate Finance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The General Supervisor of the Fund, Mansour bin Madi, confirmed today (Sunday).\nHe stressed that it comes as a commitment from the Real Estate Fund towards the beneficiary citizens, and in view of the\nthe exceptional and precautionary conditions pursued by the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abWith the follow-up of the Minister of Housing and Chairman of the Fund's Board of Directors Majid\nwhich includes taking into account the interests of citizens benefiting from the subsidized mortgage loan.\nThe Fund started early to deposit one billion and 449 million riyals in the accounts of housing beneficiaries\nThis is the profits of subsidized financing contracts and initiatives for the month of March before its usual monthly date\n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bin Madi explained that SAR 400 million of the total subsidy for March\n400 million riyals of the total support for March were allocated to subsidized mortgage contracts, while 927 million\nSAR 927 million for beneficiaries of the Military Support Initiative and SAR 122 million for the Civilian Support Initiative.\nfor civilians, indicating that the total amounts deposited in the first quarter of this year\nfor subsidized loan beneficiaries and its initiatives amounted to about 4842 million riyals (four billion and 842 million riyals).\nand 842 million riyals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
