This is part of the program\u2019s continued provision of remote services in accordance with the preventive measures announced by the relevant authorities to limit the spread of the coronavirus, and in line with the center\u2019s strategic goal of improving the real estate sector\u2019s performance and increasing its contribution to GDP, and to provide real estate development solutions and integrated services to launch more residential projects with diverse options, high quality, and affordable prices to increase homeownership rates among Saudi families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a press release, \u00abEtemam\u00bb stated that during the month of March, it received 13 applications for real estate developer certification, 11 requests for the developer support service recently launched by the center, and approximately 11 requests for the preliminary plan approval service.
