Regarding the details, the program announced that since March 15\n, while more than 1,800 electronic contracts\nhad been registered for the commercial sector, with more than 5,400 real estate brokers engaging with the program during the\nsame period.\nIt also noted that it had served more than 7,000 beneficiaries through\ncalls received by the customer service center, which ranged from reports and inquiries to requests\nfor services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIjar\u201d stated: \u201cThe increase in the number of contracts notarized online reflects the interest in and demand for the diverse services provided by the program, as well as the protection it offers to all parties involved in the rental process\u2014landlords, tenants, and real estate brokers\u2014 Meanwhile, the number of notarized contracts is expected to increase in the coming period, which will help regulate the rental process and safeguard the rights of all parties by recording the mutual obligations between the real estate broker, the landlord, and the tenant, and facilitating their completion at any time, from anywhere, and within a few minutes. This, in turn, streamlines procedures and provides services designed to simplify the rental process, most notably electronic payments and flexible payment terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
