The Ministry of Housing revealed that \u201cSupport Program for Those Unable to Pay Rent\u201d<\/a> The program plans to provide support to approximately 5,850 citizens whose lease agreements have been registered through the online rental services portal. The Ijar Program confirmed that overdue payments will be automatically disbursed to those in arrears through the shared electronic services between the Ministry of Housing and the Ministry of Justice\u2019s Enforcement System for those against whom enforcement judgments have been issued by enforcement judges.<\/p>\n

The program explained that it provides assistance to distressed groups automatically; cases are forwarded to the program by the Enforcement Court after an enforcement judgment is issued, to be reviewed by the relevant committee to determine the type of support, which is then provided within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of referral by the Enforcement Court.<\/p>\n

The program stated that it focuses on supporting citizens against whom an enforcement court has issued a ruling ordering them to pay their rent and who are registered in the electronic rental network. This support is provided to accommodate certain exceptional cases of citizens who have fallen behind on their rent payments.<\/p>\n\n\n
