Reduce or evacuate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The coronavirus crisis revealed the importance of correcting many economic and social fallacies, and taught us unforgettable lessons in the importance of studying the risks that are calculated in the science of management and finance. The impact of the crisis varies in the sector according to the activity and location, as we find the great loss in the hospitality and entertainment sector, exhibitions, conferences and convention halls, hotels, restaurants, cafes, commercial complexes, restrooms, and tourist cities that depend on visitors from abroad, and generally the least impact remains in moderately priced housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hardest on the owners of these properties are those dependent on financing, as they are struggling on two fronts: the decline in sales and the demands of lenders or shareholders, in addition to the impact of midstream properties (under construction) with workers remaining in their residences due to curfews, business closures and quarantine, which will lead to further layoffs and economic contraction or stagnation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The repercussions of the new coronavirus crisis will change everything in consumer behavior. Its impact on a large segment of society will extend behaviorally and economically for years and years.
