The real estate marketer should seek to price real estate of the same size, number of rooms, and type of construction, so that the buyer or seller is fully aware of the market value of their property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;While some emphasized the need to draw a complete analytical picture of the property in terms of the possibilities of adding and modifying roles, space, streets, directions, the neighborhood\u2019s details, the location, and the prices of neighboring land, and the services available in the area, government facilities, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, all this information must be documented in a small booklet that serves as a guide for the property.
