Adopted Developer Services Center<\/a> \u201cDuring the first quarter of 2020, \u201dEttam\u201c completed approximately 30 residential projects with a total area of 61.4 million square meters in various regions of the Kingdom. The center also completed the applications for building permits for residential units, totaling 1,565 units, and issued certificates to qualify real estate developers, totaling 27 certificates. This is in line with the center\u2019s strategic goal of improving the performance of the real estate sector and increasing its contribution to the national output, and providing integrated solutions to real estate developers. \u201dEttam\u201d has continued to provide numerous services to real estate developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Eastern Region topped the list in terms of total area of approved plans for the first quarter, with an area exceeding 18 million square meters; followed by the Asir Region with an area exceeding 17 million square meters; while the Jazan Region came third with an area exceeding 14 million square meters. The center also received inquiries regarding the validity of the document with a total number of 40 requests, and handled requests to support the registration of workers, reaching 192 workers for the residential projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cEtmam\u201d Developer Services Center is a government initiative aimed at removing the obstacles faced by real estate developers and homeowners, contributing to providing citizens and beneficiaries with housing options and increasing the appropriate supply to meet all different needs. It also represents the complementary role and fruitful cooperation provided by various government agencies to ensure the success of the initiative through the removal of procedures and services that greatly facilitated the work of the \u201cEtmam\u201d Development Services Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
